Although we do not undertake to provide handouts for this conference, we endeavour, where possible, to provide an aide memoire of the day.

Where some speakers have supplied PDF Downloads of their slides, you can download them, subject strictly to the conditions below. No further handouts are available. Some Chair’s notes were made at the conference - these will be posted as and when they become available.  These notes are not necessarily endorsed by the speakers.
