*Terms and Conditions of Booking

All bookings are accepted subject to our Terms and Conditions: Please ensure that you have read the published brochure. Please note the Pay by Date for each conference.

1. All bookings are provisional until confirmed/ paid for. When confirmed tickets must be paid for in full for the numbers confirmed.

2. Tickets must be confirmed/ paid for by the date shown on the brochure.  Provisional bookings not so confirmed are liable to be reallocated to schools on the reserve list, without notice, and so can be lost.  

3. Payments cannot be refunded for nonattendance/ cancellation by students

4. Speakers will not necessarily appear in the order in which they appear in the brochure

5. We reserve the right to amend programmes, without notice and at our sole discretion, where circumstances dictate

6. Where circumstances compel us to cancel a conference our liability to you is limited only to refunding any payments you have made to us for tickets at the time of cancellation.

7.Students attending the conference must be supervised directly by staff from your institution. We reserve the right, entirely at our discretion, to ask any unsupervised students to leave the conference without notice. 

8. This conference is organized by PolEconUK Ltd. PolEconUK.org is a trading name of PolEconUK Ltd.

9. Where ‘other providers’ or organizations attend and offer services (seminars/sales any other services etc.) at the conference, such services are the sole responsibility of the ‘other providers’. PolEconUK Ltd offers no warranty for the quality of such services or their suitability for any particular purpose. Such services may be withdrawn/ modified without notice. Access to these services does not form part of the ticket price.
