Q. Can I make a no-obligation provisional booking?
A, Yes. You can make a provisional booking, subject to availability. You are NOT committed to pay for a provisional booking. Only when you confirm your tickets are you committed to pay for them.
Q. Can I change the numbers on my provisional booking?
A. Yes, of course, but you can only increase if we have tickets left.
Q. Can I cancel a confirmed / paid-for booking?
A. No. When bookings are confirmed we require all confirmed tickets to be paid for. When paid-for tickets are cancelled we cannot refund moneys paid for the tickets.

Q. When are tickets dispatched?
A. Tickets are sent about 10 days before an event. Please contact us about non delivery only after this time.
Q. Can we choose which sessions to attend?
A. Yes - you choose which sessions your students attend or they can attend all sessions.

Q. Reserve booking - How does the system work?
A. We accept provisional bookings from clients up to our maximum number for the conference. When this number is reached we offer reserve bookings. All clients (provisionals and reserves) are asked to confirm their numbers (see Terms and Conditions) before the appropriate Pay By Date. At this date, the tickets available are allocated first to the provisional bookings who have confirmed. The tickets remaining are then offered to those who have confirmed their reserve bookings.
Please ensure that you confirm your booking numbers before these dates. Provisional bookings not so confirmed are liable to be reallocated to schools on the reserve list, without notice, and so can be lost.
Q. How do I pay?
A. Please make sure you pay for your tickets before the Pay By Date - if you cannot, please,at least make sure they are confirmed. A. Get in touch quickly. Chances are we may still have tickets available. But don't delay - tickets run out pretty quickly after the Pay By Date. Provisional bookings not confirmed by the Pay by Date are liable to be reallocated to schools on the reserve list, without notice, and so can be lost. Click here to email your message.
