Although we do not undertake to provide handouts for this, or any, conference, we endeavour, where possible, to provide an aide memoire of the day. Therefore, where some speakers have supplied PDF Downloads of their slides, you can download them, subject strictly to the conditions on our website (reproduced below). No further handouts are available. The following participants have kindly made their Powerpoint Presentations from the day available to you, subject to the terms and conditions to which you have agreed and which are reproduced below.
